Arlo app is crashing on iPad

I need to add a camera back to base but the arlo keeps closing on me on my ipad

You can also add the camera using my.arlo.com in a PC browser.

Can you provide more detail regarding this issue. What are the steps you're taking before the Arlo app crashes? Do you have the latest version of the Arlo Mobile app v3.2.1 installed?

I can see everything on my iPhone but when I try to open app on my iPad it comes up and then close out before it allows me to see anything I still get camera notifications on iPad but can’t open anything in app it was working before so I don’t know what has gone wrong it’s like it doesn’t recognize the iPad in app

Which version of iOS & the Arlo app are you running on your iPad?

IOS 12.5.4. Arlo version 3.2.1

Are you able to update your iPad to iOS 14.6 & test again?

It doesn’t give me the option to update to that version. And I read on line that Arlo is having trouble with system shutting down. Do you know anything about that

Can you remove the Arlo app and re-download. The app should update to version 3.2.2. This issue should be addressed with this update.
