    <description>&lt;P&gt;It&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;did take&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;around ten or twelve days to reach but that was expected. I'm not sure how good the &lt;STRONG&gt;return&lt;/STRONG&gt;/&lt;STRONG&gt;refund&lt;/STRONG&gt;/exchange policy is though.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I returned unopen products to Arlo 49 days ago.&amp;nbsp; They have yet to give me my money back.&amp;nbsp; I call once a week and the same thing happens.&amp;nbsp; They check the tracking and agree they received the products back.&amp;nbsp; They then create a escalated case for me and say I should get resolution in 48 hours.&amp;nbsp; Nothing ever happens after that.&amp;nbsp; This company in a scam and steals your money!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
