Issue with adding a granted access user

Hi,

I am not able to add / invite a new user to use the camera. I have tried to send an invite but there is an error when this new user follows the provided link and tries to create a new account. Web page says that email is faulty (this is direct translation from Finnish).

Any idea what I can do to make this work so that two people can use / watch the camera ?

Have you tried using the Arlo app as well as the online portal/browser on your computer? You can find more info here: How do I add friends to my Arlo account?
