When my arlo go is connected to LTE it works great however it often drops. I do not have to do anything to it to make it reconnect, it comes back online a few hours later and stays connected for a few hours. Signal strength is strong, full bars.

I checked your troubleshooting document and it is more intended to help someone who can not get their arlo go connected at all. Mine is configured properly and connects well, it just doesn’t stay connected.

Hi SLC119,

Try removing the battery and re-inserting it back in and see what the LED behavior is: My Arlo Go camera is offline; how can I troubleshoot it?

When I do that the camera starts as normal and connects. It works perfectly and shows full bars. Right up until it goes offline again. Camera is stationary the whole time.

I have mine in my semi truck. I used to leave it on all the time. I was having to take the battery out along with the sim card because when I opened the app, it was showing offline. I now turn the camera off and turn it on when I'm away from the truck so far so good. Give that a try. This is my 3rd camera that was acting up. There won't be a 4th one if you know what I mean.
