Arlo Go 4G subprocessors

Hi,

I'm interested in GDPR related issues with the Arlo Go 4G (Vodafone) camera.

Specifically, I see that Arlo may be required to share data with subprocessors: https://www.arlo.com/en-us/about/gdpr/default.aspx

Does anyone know if these data sharing to subprocessors would still occur even when using 4G? i.e. without Wi-Fi.
