Arlo GO VML4030-100PES not pairing\adding

Hi, got today the camera. Installed a Vodafone Data Sim with no pin code. Sim tried before on 2 mobile phones, is perfectly working.

Camera doesn't pass the discovery phase. Read the QR code and release a bad sound blinking red. In that model there's specified that is working with every kind of sim card but tried that one because is one of the 2 best operators of my country (Italy).

It seems to me strange that is broken, is lighting up and after a while release a blue led with friendly sound. But pairing not working. Any suggestion?? Thank you guys.
