I'm looking to purchase a used Arlo Go Mobile HD Security Camera here in Canada, and am wondering if it will come locked to a carrier or if a sim from either Telus or Bell will work?

I've read online that ONLY Telus or Bell can supply sim cards that will work with the Arlo Go - is this correct?

May not be of help, but to my knowledge there are only 3 models of Go...

The Verizon, At&t, and Arlo's VMNO... ( US )

would guess the carriers would be diff there but it seems like you have to pick one carrier or another.

If they sell the Go in you area, You would be wise to pick the carrier that has the best signal for where you are going to run it.

Be guided by the local seller.

Hi @Westanko ,

Arlo Go is available both from Bell Mobility and Best Buy Canada. The camera is not locked to a specific wireless carrier.

Thanks Neal! Is there a way to tell from the serial number or something if it will work in Canada, or will all models of Arlo Go work here?

Hi @Westanko the Canadian Arlo Go model is VML4030-100PAS, this is actually the only model currently sold through Bell Mobility or Best Buy Canada. Hoping to launch additional Canadian options soon - but for now, this is your best bet.

As for US Arlo Go models, those are intended for Verizon Wireless, AT&T and Arlo Mobile wireless networks.
