Turn Off Roaming

One of my Arlo Go cameras has somehow switched on roaming. The roaming button is now greyed out and cannot be turned off. The roaming is killing the battery life. Any thoughts on how to turn off roaming?

Yes, I've tied both the mobile app and the web site. The roaming slider is greyed out, so I can't turn off roaming.

I would pull the battery and replace to reset the Go, then check the settings to toggle off roam

@TomMac That was a great suggestion. It worked with roaming turned off for a few minutes, but then the problem came back. I tried removing the battery three times, and each time, within a few minutes, the camera switched on roaming and there is no way to turn it off.
