Arlo app not connecting camera but web portal does?

is anyone else having issues with there app not connecting to there camera, i have to go on the web portal to connect to my camera, any ideas how to fix this

Have you tried both cell service and WiFi? Rebooted your phone? Logged out of the app and back in? Reinstalled the app?

trust me I have tried everthing, read the reviews for this app, they all are saying thing, this app has major problems after all the updates

What phone device are you using? What other troubleshooting steps have you tried?
