Arlo Go battery error when charging

So we got our second arlo go cam last week and set it up at my stable yard. but today when i went to charge them both one is ok and the other is not. never had this before any thoughts

Try and swapping batteries and/or locations to see if problem follows camera

Is the ambient temp below freezing?

None of the Li-ion batteries will charge when below freezing. The red exclamation mark is that notification (should have also gotten a message across the camera on the Devices tab about being too cold to charge).
