Arlo go LIVE streaming without using the cloud?

There is a few second lagging using the Live streaming on the Arlo go. Is there any way to directly access the camera without using the cloud so you don't get the lagging? This is a LTE camera so it uses the mobile network but it does have an IP address to access if you can get into the camera from the internet?

You can't acccess the camera feed directly.
