      <description>Ok I'm thinking about removing the battery because the cold weather is draining it. First I couldn't charge it because it was to cold, the app said. It was about -2 Celsius here.</description>

      <description>I charged the battery full yesterday inside the house and I have the battery adapter connected all night and now the battery is down to 21%....</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When AC power is applied, the battery shouldn't be used at all - it runs off the connected power. Are you using the Arlo/Netgear-supplied charger and you get the proper power icon (battery with a lightning bolt or a wall plug)? Something's not right if the battery is draining.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
