Arlo Go Power Cord Issue

I have a problem with the power cord that charge the battery. I am on my 5th cord. This is getting to be a pain and very expensive. I am 3 hours away from my camera so I cant just charge the battery. I am looking for a cord to power the camera with or with out the battery. I want to plug in and not worry about my battery going dead. It keeps coming up as incampatiable charger detected and my battery goes dead. Any help in what cord to get to just power without the battery. Thanks.

Cord or charger? Are you using the Netgear/Arlo charger? What have you tried? Have you opened a case with support here?
