      <description>(Not about security light! Drop down does not have an ARLO Go option and won’t let me proceed with post without choosing something. So, anyway) ref: ARLO Go&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just unboxed the Arlo Go. SIM card installed, charged. When scanning the QR code I get the “error sound” not the chime repeatedly.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;1, is there another option to add this device?&lt;BR /&gt;2. how can I be sure Verizon set it up right? On “My Verizon” it shows an iPhone, not the Arlo device anywhere.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Make sure you have the right model for Verizon ( sim )&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Open your Arlo Go camera’s battery door, remove the battery, and look for the serial number on the device label inside the battery compartment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the serial number starts with 51F the service provider Arlo Mobile and service can be purchased from within your Arlo Account.&lt;BR /&gt; If the serial number starts with 4RF or 4YY the service provider is AT&amp;amp;T&lt;BR /&gt; If the serial number starts with 51B the service provider is Verizon&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Another way to identify your Arlo Go service provider is to compare your camera's SKU to the list below:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;VML4030-200NAS = Arlo Mobile&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;VML4030-100NAS = AT&amp;amp;T Enterprise&lt;BR /&gt;VML4030-1VZNAS = Verizon&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, I have arlo go camera, is there any tricks to scan qr code for connecting new camera? I managed it once by accident, but there is trouble to repear it. Why, is there is something special Netgear doesnot write ir clearly? Do Netgear have pleasure from unsatisfying experience?</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you saying you have problems where the QR code doesn't appear on your phone? Try using a different device to see if you can see the QR code or reinstall your app to see if that helps.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
