Arlo Go, Sync Button not working, when it does, Doesn't see QR Code

Evening All.

Uk new owner here, I have purchased 1 Arlo Go with the mind to purchase more to use at my fishery for monitoring. V-sim card in and activated with Vodafone £4 a month job, Went to sync it and didnt recognise the QR code, Tried about 1/2 dozen times, Now Sync button not coming into sync mode ? Also Spoke with Vodafone who have given me the APN settings but still trouble getting into sync mode ! HELP please if possible, Battery is charging and camera light comes on blue so it is working I think ! Any ideas ?

Try factory resetting the camera and then attempt setup again.

How do I reset my Arlo Go camera to factory default settings?
