I can watch the videos in my library on my phone, but for some reason the clips from one camera won't play on my PC. I have a second camera on the same account, and the videos play fine on both the phone and PC. I also tried downloading the videos and playing them from the saved file on my computer. A message pops up saying "Windows Media Player cannon play the file. The Player might not support the file type of might not support the codec that was used to compress the file". Is there some reason one camera would work on the PC but not the other?

I can only guess that something about the camera stream is being corrupted. A good first step would be to verify that the firmware is up to date. If practical, swap cameras around to see if there's a difference. Next, try a total reset on the camera, following the reset procedure detailed in the FAQs here. If that fails, open a case with support here for possible hardware failure.
