Lets be honest Sam, you haven't really assisted me… you sent me some links and palmed me off. Your website doesn't work, when I try to actually speak to someone I am in a queue for 40 minutes.. So apart from someone saying "send in some screen shots of what I get when I do try to buy more"… which I did… you are just trying to be super friendly with "It was a pleasure assisting you" and "Have a great day”…

I'm in exactly the same position I was yesterday…

Brilliant system. $700 down the toilet.

There are many that may be able to help you here if you post what your problem is...

Not Netgear proper, but can say many here are more knowledgeable than some of the low level techs.
