We are on the free plan, so we expect videos to remain in the library for at least 7 days. However, some are disappearing after a few hours.

Have you shared the cameras with anyone using Settings, Grant Access? That could be the issue.

Nobody is deleting the videos manually.

DevonTT,

Library content is only automatically deleted after it remains in the library for more than 7 days. Otherwise, deletion must occur manually. If you have reason to believe someone may be accessing and deleting library content from your account without your permission, we strongly encourage you to change your password.
