How do I receive motion detected notifications on my Samsung phone from my two Arlos?

If your Samsung phone is going to be your main device to monitor the cameras then Install the Arlo app onto your phone.

Go to mode setting either on the phone or on using the web gui https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login and choose what notifications you want from what cameras.

And make sure you don't log out of the app. Just background it.
