Will the Arlo Go camera sync with base station as an add on (without data plan)?

Hi, I am planning on purchasing an Arlo Go for a temporary (no wifi available) application. The question is whether or not a Arlo Pro base station will sync with the Arlo Go camera after the data plan is cancelled.

I don't believe the Arlo Go uses the base station. It uses cellular data through a cellular provider. If you cancel your provider's plan, I don't think the camera will work with the app.
