All you are doing with Verizon is paying for a cellular phone number and minutes. The actual recording and cloud storage is with Arlo. With the Arlo cameras, you must pay for cloud storage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brian&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You would only need to subscribe if you want the &lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/88/What-are-the-available-Arlo-subscription-plans-and-how-much-cloud-storage-is-available/" target="_blank"&gt;additional features included in a subscription package&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
