How do I add minutes to my Arlo Go? When I went to "edit plan" it didn't give me an option to add minutes, only to purchase a new plan, which would cause me to forfeit the remaining minutes I have.

You would need to wait until the plan expires before upgrading to a plan with additional minutes.

The plan expires a year from now. Am I just supposed to wait a year to use my $400 device again? Why would Netgear create a device that utilizes cellular minutes, but Netgear won't sell you the cellular minutes you need to operate your device? Can the Arlo Go utilize cellular service not purchased from Netgear, but purchased from Verizon directly? Thank you.

If you have an annual subscription, the unused months will be refunded upon changing the plan.
