Contact support on this. I've seen this, too. If exposed to heavy weather, consider using some waterproof gasket grease to help ensure sealing and press the cover to snug it up completely.

I bought a 200NAS model of the Arlo Go from Best Buy (which is the only model they sell btw) and i immediately noticed when i closed the battery in the housing that the seal is a little loose. It almost seems like it isn't closing all the way snug, even though it clicks when i close it. I can press the seal back and forth after it clicked. I'm a little nervous of it being out in the rain even though it does have a rubber 'gasket' ring.

Is this a common thing with other units or do i maybe have a defective unit?

thanks. I'm also gonna buy some skins and i imagine those would cover up that opening.

Be on the safe side and open up a case with support so you have it documented. I too have seen this with earlier releases, the fit should be SNUG and not "give" when the battery door is shut and locked.
