      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Both my and my wife's iphone received push notification saying a motion has been detected at one of the cameras. However, there are no new videos recorded in the library. Does any one has the same issue? Any suggestion?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Leslie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There are occasionally issues like this reported. &amp;nbsp;Have the videos now shown up? &amp;nbsp;Sometimes there is a big lag between notification and&amp;nbsp;the video showing up. &amp;nbsp;Also, be sure the Library filter is cleared by clickin on the funnel-looking icon at the top and choosing reset and save. &amp;nbsp;The filter should then be "empty", not filled in.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;thanks &amp;nbsp;for your &amp;nbsp;answer. &amp;nbsp;I &amp;nbsp;checked the &amp;nbsp;filter &amp;nbsp;but &amp;nbsp;there &amp;nbsp;was &amp;nbsp;nothing wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;this &amp;nbsp;morning &amp;nbsp; when &amp;nbsp;I &amp;nbsp;switched &amp;nbsp;off &amp;nbsp;my &amp;nbsp;phone' s &amp;nbsp;fly &amp;nbsp;mode &amp;nbsp;I &amp;nbsp; got the &amp;nbsp;push notification &amp;nbsp;again &amp;nbsp;but &amp;nbsp;it &amp;nbsp;is &amp;nbsp;nothing &amp;nbsp;in &amp;nbsp;the &amp;nbsp;library. &amp;nbsp;There &amp;nbsp;was &amp;nbsp;no &amp;nbsp;problem &amp;nbsp;with &amp;nbsp;manaully &amp;nbsp;saving a &amp;nbsp;video &amp;nbsp;recorded and &amp;nbsp;the &amp;nbsp;motion &amp;nbsp;detection &amp;nbsp;works &amp;nbsp;normally &amp;nbsp;at &amp;nbsp;most &amp;nbsp;of &amp;nbsp;the &amp;nbsp;times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;try taking the unit down that is sending the notification, remove the batteries, meanwhile, reset the base unit. &amp;nbsp;Put the batteries back in, wait tll the blue light flashes, then reset the whole unit. &amp;nbsp;I had a similar issue that was solved by doing this procedure. &amp;nbsp;Hope yoU figure it out. &amp;nbsp;sometimes the signal gets confused and re-setting the whole unit wll stop whatever the issue is. &amp;nbsp;if that doesn't work, the ppl at arlo are really great about helping you out. Before dong this, check in "mode" that all your settngs are set, and SAVE b/4 leaving. (there s &amp;nbsp;one at the top and one on bottom of page dependng where you r) Let us know if you get this solved so we'll all know how it turns out. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
