      <description>Hi there,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I don't have the mode icon on my Arlo app, which means I can't set up the smart alerts/motion detection.&lt;BR /&gt;Would you please help me with that?</description>

      <description>When opening the app, I can see the following icons: camera, library and settings but not the "mode" icon.</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you logged into a shared&amp;nbsp;account that has been given access from a primary account via the Grant Access feature?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If this is the case, the shared account must be given access rights in order to change modes. This can be granted within the Grant Access settings on the primary account.&lt;/P&gt;
