    <description>&lt;P&gt;Issues are persistent. We now have one camera that is not activating on Motion Detection and the other is still reporting but not recording any data. I am still receiving notifications of motion, can see a new still image on the cameras page, but never receive the video on the library page. All previous issues are still occurring as well that was mentioned in my previous forum post. &amp;nbsp;At best this "fix" worked for one camera for about 48 hours and now everything is happening exactly as I described it prior.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Persistent Issues:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Being notified of Motion Detection via Android App. - Never receiving any library footage of motion detected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am giving the system 30+ min to upload 2min of video to the cloud. It is not like I am getting a notification and immediately checking the library. I understand it takes time to process the footage and upload to the Arlo cloud. The issue is that regardless of how long you wait no library footage is never uploaded/seen.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The time from when motion is detected to the time the video starts is worse. I am now getting 10+ seconds from motion being recognized and not ever seeing anything in the frame when it actually does record do to the time it takes the camera to turn on. I can open the door walk inside, shut and lock the door and never recieve any footage of anyone entering the home. The notification comes almost instantly, but if the footage ever records its only me walking away for a split second. I was infront of the camera for over 45 seconds and it only recorded 2.8 seconds of actual needed footage. Someone could slowly break into my home and this camera would not even pick it up!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Again the entire system is pointless to my needs as it does not perform in the manner it was advertised.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am being alerted to motion detection, and when I go to my cameras, the 'last still' imagae shows someone on my dorrstep... but then there is no recording and i don;t get the second alert to the recording.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I think they are in the middle of an update. &amp;nbsp;I got a bunch&amp;nbsp;of motion notification&amp;nbsp;and none of my videos where in my library. &amp;nbsp;They all started showing up now though and when you go on their website it looks like Arlo has done a complete redesigning.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup. I am getting something similar:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. I never got alerted (!!!) when I passed in front of my camera this morning.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. The thumbnail on the camera is updated with my movement but there is no video recorded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Something is busted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

 On the cameras screen what color is the running man for each camera? Grey indicates motion detection is not active while black indicates motion detection is active. If your running man is grey check your active mode to make sure it includes a rule telling that camera to record upon detecting motion. Please let us know if you continue to experience issues.&lt;/P&gt;

Checked settings and one thing I noticed is that when I go to add a new rule only option on motion is do nothing. Is there an update coming?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had the same issue off and on. I am getting occasional videos, but it is not consistent since the udpate. The videos that are captured have a significant delay (i.e. they show no approach, but show someone leaving just before they disappear from camera range). Additionally I&amp;nbsp;have only gotten one push notification on my Apple watch since the update.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I do really like this new update. I was thinking of canceling these cameras and taking them back. I wasn't getting the video always. When I did the most was 10-12 seconds. NOw, the video is always there and you can out a camera on LIVE mode which I really think is great. That was the one feature I disliked the most, no live feeds - not now, all fixed. Great software release!</description>

 When live streaming the motion detection/recording is disabled. If you wish to record a live stream you must manually do so by clicking the record button. Once the stream is ended, the camera will go back to whatever mode you have set. This is intended behavior.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem is still an issue for a great many users. I am recieving notifications without any recordings in my library. All settings are correct according to instructions included with my system as well as community posts. My rules are set correctly for motion detection and are armed and I have altered the location of the devices to have a better and clearer angle to one another. &amp;nbsp;I only have 2 cameras and neither are reporting correctly. With each new update something else goes wrong or I lose more fucntionality.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to combine all of these posts so that they get noticed? &amp;nbsp;I have replied to more than one of these same posts regarding the same issue. Anytime I have received a "solution" it has come from the community itself teaching eachother and not from an update, engineer, or customer service agent. &amp;nbsp;Am I undertanding correctly that the community of consumers who purchased this product are infact the customer support model of Arlo?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This particular issue cannot be resolved through customers speaking to one another. We need more informative instructions if we as the customer are doing something wrong or an update to provide a fix to a enormous problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can delete, share, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone through a complete unplug, reset, reconnect, retry three times with this system. I still get notifications and with no recorded video. I can even jump infront of the camera and cause a notification and then return to the library and not see anything being recorded. &amp;nbsp;This is quite easy to reproduce as I only have to try 4-5 times. Currently I get about 1/5 of my notificatiions actually recording. It doesnt help deleting all previous recordings either. &amp;nbsp;At first I thought we were out of cloud space, but tested that too and no change.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
