We added cameras from another location to our account. We can see the cameras, but they are not recording the motion in the library. Can you tell me the additional steps to take, please?

Hello HLL3131,

You have to check the rules that you have created and make sure that the new cameras have thier own rules as well. Please see this article below:

Once you have created these rules for the new cameras, you will have to add them to your "Modes".
