Motion Detection Distance

It appears our camera is only activated when motion is within a few feet of the camera or there is a 5 second delay. Is there a way to set the camera to detect motion out further as well. I am already at 85% sensitivity.

You can change the angle, elevation and increase sensitivity , ... all are mitigating factors.

First, the simplest is to maybe go to 90%... it is a trial and error process in some cases.
