How do I set the sensitivity of these cameras?

i set it to 0 it records nothing. I set it to 50, nothing. Set it to 100 and still nothing.

The settings won't matter if the cameras aren't activated. Look in the Cameras tab - are the running men black or gray?

I'm having the same issue, since being mounted outside. My camera is activated. Does it only detect motion right in front of it??

2 of the cameras are black. One is gray and won't turn black. No matter what settings I set it, the most it records is one 2 min video and that's it. Even if there is more motion in the frame.

It's probably going back to sams club tomorrow. This system sucks.

If you still have the system, try the Armed mode. Does that work as you expect?

I played around with it a bit. After I deleted all the rules and re-input the rules, it started working just like it needs to. I'm not sure what was set up incorrectly before, but as soon as I deleted the rules and replaced them, it has been working perfectly ever since.
