All motion off is not working

Hi,

I have set the schedule on my computer to have all motion off when I am home. However I continue to get alerts and emails when the camera detects motion. How can i prevent this from occuring?

Go online and view cameras via PC... verify that the "RUNNING MAN" is NOT green ( if green motion sense is active ).

If green, then its prob a mode/schedule definition problem
