Motion still triggering at 5% sensitivity

I have adjusted my cameras. I have the sensitivity at 5% and they still go off. The only thing they maybe picking it is flying insects. Any suggestions?

Obv, that's not normal, what are they aimed at?..... if you can upload a picture , then maybe we could assist you better.

In addition to the screenshots, make sure you're setting the sensitivity in your modes/rules, not in the motion detection test in Settings. Be sure to save any changes.

exact same problem except mine just started a few days ago. It was working fine for about a month and then just started sending motion detection about every minute or two. I've reset the base station, changed batteries, changed sensitivity, unplugged, replugged, moved closer to base station... nothing changes! I've turned it off now so I can stop getting the notifications.

Maybe it's bad hardware? Only contacting support to open a case will get a replacement.
