I think I deleted the All Motion Off. Is there a way I can get it back? I'm having a difficult time getting motion back on 🙂

you can add back the MODE for All Motion Off... read this;

Here’s how to create a brand new Mode:

Launch Arlo app or Log into your Arlo account at arlo.netgear.com.
Click or tap Settings and select Modes. A list of your Modes is displayed.
Click Add.
Name your new Mode. (Tip: pick a word or two that describes the Mode’s use or it’s intended time of operation—for example, “Monitor Baby’s Room” or “Weekday”)
Click or tap Rules to add them to the Mode.
Click or tap Save to create your new Mode.

Name should be like ALL CAMERAS OFF, remember to toggle the "check" mark off to black for each camera listed ( all your cameras should be listed ) to turn off , save before leaving.
