    <description>&lt;P&gt;I would have appreciated it if the box actually stated that the IR will not work through glass as I have just paid out £300 for a totally useless system. I cannot install the system outside as they would be ripped off the wall as my previous ones were. That is why I purchased Arlo as they were wireless and did not need to be outside.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Arlo Q works fine through a window as long as night vision is turned off (so the IR illuminators don't reflect from the windows). Maybe take your system back and replace with Q cameras?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
