Don't mind about preserve battery now.

How can I do?

There is no settings to extend or modify the 30 min record max... Its not a legal thing to my knowlege ( from beta testing ) but just a build in coded limitation to stop the batteries from being drained dry ( if accidently left on record ) ... Also you'll notice if you change screens ( like cameras to settings ) the record/stream functionality stops too. ( same reason )

Bear in mind this system was not designed to record 24/7 ....tho, If motion is set on , it can/will use very little power to stay active.

Don't know about your other times, But can tell you that the cameras WILL shut down at 30 mins. You have to restart recording at this point if needed.

This was done to presurve the battery life.

I don't think there's a setting for more time. I haven't used the record feature so wasn't aware of the time limitations but battery life would be a huge issue. Also, it's possible the 30 minute limit is a legal one. Digital cameras are specifically limited since they're not identified as video cameras. Thus, there's a 30 minute limit where video cameras have no such limit.
