The green box is new videos under that camera like mentioned....

nice thing is if you click on it in PC ( thinks it works the same in IOS/android ) it filters the library view to just that camera.

When we have alerts turned off during the day, our cameras were capturing the motion and accumulating them in the little green box in the camera frame. All of a sudden it's not doing that. Can anyone explain why? Thank you!

I believe when "All Motion is On" under "Modes", Assuming you didn't change the settings, The default setting will Alert & notifies you when there is activity and it's recording it unto your Library.. Now, depending on which camera is recording, it will show up the number of recent images/videos recorded unto that little green box in the camera frame..

When done, in iOS App, Don't forget to "Reset" your Library on top right corner, especially if you have more than one camera coz' you'll end up seeing just that one particular camera when you go back to Library instead of all.. I got lost too the first time.. thinking where the rest of the videos/images go..
