    <description>&lt;P&gt;Other folks have successfully used their systems in unsupported countries but perhaps they were originally set up in the US or other supported one. &amp;nbsp;I think someone from Netgear (@JamesC) may have an answer for this. &amp;nbsp;A giant SWAG is that maybe the Curacao authorities or island provider is blocking something.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to setup an new system through the app, an amber banner is displayed with the message 'A server with the specified hostname could not be found"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When trying to setup using a notebook, the following error message is displayed "Make sure the web address &lt;SPAN class="webpageURL"&gt;&lt;A href="https://arlo.netgear.com" target="_blank"&gt;https://arlo.netgear.com&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;is correct" I have tried Safari, IE and Firefox&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to register this unit on MyNetgear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advice&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Willo&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like a DNS issue. &amp;nbsp;However, make sure you're typing it correctly (I'm sure you have). &amp;nbsp;Is your router your own or the ISP's? &amp;nbsp;Sometimes security settings make a difference. &amp;nbsp;You can also set your router or computer to use a different DNS service such as the one I use, OpenDNS. &amp;nbsp;As a test, try using these:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;208.67.222.222&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;208.67.222.220&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

We never heard about the Curacao authorities blocking anything&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since we are an IT company managing many customers on different islands, we also tried this from other Islands and different providers, all with the same result.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please advise&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
