Hi I want to "time" camera operation on week days, I have one scheduel , so I thought a "Mode" could be made with specific times, nope not possible or am I missing something? thanks

You can make a schedule with specific Modes, but not the other way around. There is only one schedule ( tho it would be nice to have more and toggle one wanted ).

If you mean can you change the recording times in the Modes and then schedule them , yes. Just create a new set of Modes and use them when wanted.
