Can I set up the wireless Arlo so that when one camera is triggered the others connected are also triggered.

You can setup rules so that camera A will start recording with camera B is triggered by motion.

Can I operate cameras independent of each other. I want to turn off the inside camera when I get home from work.

You'll need to create new modes that have only the cameras of interest. There's an FAQ for how to do this if you get stuck. Once you create your new modes, be sure to add all cameras, one at a time, until you're satisfied. You can then place them in the schedule if desired.
