I am also having this problem! And it is getting worse! We have had a break in and were not able to catch the car in the cul-de-sac despite having 3 cameras set up there!(with the sensitivity at 100%!) Alerts but no video! Very upset! Like I said it's getting much worse! Please get it fixed. Also can't view my email alerts if over 24hs old! Why?

The links expire after 24 hours. The videos should still be accessible in your library though. Just have to make sure you get to them before the seven-day retention period is over - assuming you're on the basic (free) subscription plan.
