Hi everyone

I am new here.

How long does it take to send me email?

I had tested motion detection the LED was flashing, which means device is fine. But I haven't received any alarm email. I also check my email address is on list. Anyone knows how to solve this issue?

Emails alerts, when enabled, are sent after a recording is completed for motion detection when your system is Armed.

Emails are not sent when using motion detection test mode, which sounds like what you are describing above. To test email alerts, set your system mode to "Armed" and trigger a camera. After recording is complete you should receive an email alert.
