Why won't my video clips download to my laptop? I bring up the video and click 'download' and another

window opens in my browser and it is obvious that the video is trying to download but never does. I have a browser open now for over 30 minutes trying to download but i am having no luck. This has been going on for a while. Anyone else having this problem? My internet speed is good. The system is no good to me if i cannot download library clips. Thanks for help. rjk6120.

Easiest thing is try one of the other browsers...Fire Fox, Chrome or > IE10

we have just installed out cameras . Does anyone know if we can have more than one email address? So that my husband and i can both get the action sent to our phones or have comp on in house and cell at same time.

i just tried to use his email and code on land comp. as soon as he clicked on it kicked me off.
