In your modes/rules. I don't recall if you're using just the default Armed mode or a custom one - use custom since I don't know that you can save changes to Armed and it's worth leaving alone for troubleshooting anyways.

I just tried and set my Armed mode to longer than 10 seconds and it allowed me to save it properly. I checked by logging out and back in. However, I believe others have said that it will revert back to the default 10 seconds after some time but I may be wrong.

It would be better to leave Armed alone and create one or more new modes that you customize to your liking. Don't forget that you can only add one camera during a mode creation so you need to reedit them to add in all cameras. It may be the simplest solution.
