GETTING STATUS

Just bought and installed the Arlo camera system. The Android app was a big selling feature.

Now, all I get with the app when I select mode is GETTING STATUS

I tried on my PC browser and no problem, but the Android app is flakey

I have tried all the stuff - logging in and out, uninstall app and reinstall, etc

If this isn't resolved then back to Best Buy it goes, and a whole lot of negative comments on this page, FB, Twitter, etc.

Come on Netgear get your stuff together

Keeps saying getting status ?Other caramea say batteries low but when in other cameras it says new. Batteries are new
