Fingerprint access not working in iOS 10

My touch log in function does not work now that I have updated to iOS 10. Anybody else?

Not till we catch up to u.... most don't have iOS 10

Are you getting an error message when trying to use touch ID? Consider opening a case with the Arlo Support Team regarding this issue. If you need assistance, feel free to private message me with your information.

I got it to work but only when the fingerprint passcode is active on the phone itself. Before, it was working independently.... so if I am not using a passcode for the phone (I am mostly home so didn’t use it before) then I can’t use the fingerprint access for the arlo app.
