"Friend" not getting invitation email

I invited my husband's gmail address in order to give him a login to the system that wouldn't bump me off, but he hasn't received the email invitation and it's not in SPAM or being filtered. Does it take a long time?

usu not..... can you try a different email adress? ( what server company? )

It's a Gmail account. Yes, I can get it to go through to his work email account (G Suite for Work--also Google) but he really doesn't want to use his work account.

If the email is arriving at another address it could be that Arlo alerts are being filtered by the email provider. Consider contacting your email provider to see if emails from Arlo are blacklisted.
