      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's a Gmail account. Yes, I can get it to go through to his work email account (G Suite for Work--also Google) but he really doesn't want to use his work account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If the email is arriving at another address it could be that Arlo alerts are being filtered by the email provider. Consider contacting your email provider to see if emails from Arlo are blacklisted.&lt;/P&gt;
