I'm running the same version on my LG android phone and not seeing any messg like I think you saying.

But more info is needed to answer your question as maybe I don't understand it...

What service plan level?

What phone , phones version of android sw?

steps if possible to repeat what your seeing...

Language must be English
Any other language show the message
