While I'm away, I like to watch my current cameras (wired ones). Can I watch 8-10 hours if real time streaming video with these cameras?

Probably not. Battery life and apparently a 30 minute maximum for streaming.

No ... these cameras were not designed to stream/record 24/7 like wired cameras.

First remember that batteries have a finite life and 8 hrs of stream or record ( no diff re power usage ) is about 4 months of spec'ed use and yr batteries would be dead +/-.

BUT, if used as designed by setting motion alerts/record, you only have to stream when you get a notification.

Leave the 10 hrs of streaming for your wired cams.
