    <description>&lt;P&gt;Nope. It always saves to the cloud after which you could download the video. You'd have to use the Camera view and record from there but battery life would be horrible. And the video quality would be low even if you used the Best setting since there's a lot of compression going on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
