    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the app installed on my Galaxy Note 4, It worked fine for the first few days, now when I start it it fails to load the first time i just get a quick flash of a blank white screen then goes back to the desktop, I then start it again and it works fine, have tried uninstall and reinstall but the problem remains&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yup, happens all the time for me, regardless of device. &amp;nbsp;I _think_ it's due to the server logging out a previous login and then logging in for this session. &amp;nbsp;You should be able to wait for a few seconds and it should automatically start up without needing to restart the app - just give it a little time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;First if you are able, test it on a PC or another device to make sure all is running well in you account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Second I would try a ( since you already reinstalled in on the Galxy ), I 'd try a FORCE stop AND Clear the app cache.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Third, if #2 doesn't work, I then turn off the BASE via the power button and let the base reboot ( takes about 1-2 min )&lt;/P&gt;</description>
