Can I watch life feed from

Arlo Security System with 4 HD Cameras (VMS3430)

while I am away from home/overseas?

Does the system have audio/sound?

Can I download what's recorded onto my computer on regular basis?

I have not yet tried monitoring overseas. However, I have tried monitoring our house on a different WAN. You can monitor it by logging into https://arlo.netgear.com/#/login.

The system does not have audio/sound. Only video.

You may set modes and rules to record the video when motion is detected. The recorded videos are stored via the cloud and not on your PC.
